Director, Delay Expert

Keith Ramsay is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in the London office. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Keith has significant experience in the design, procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects, most recently as a project director.

Prior to joining Kroll, Keith was an associate director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.

Keith gained his construction experience delivering rail infrastructure projects, including ground stabilization, bridge replacement, and multidisciplinary station projects using standard and bespoke forms of contract and funding mechanisms, such as public–private partnerships. This experience was gained on London Underground and Network Rail infrastructure in the UK. Keith has also worked for large consultants active in multiple disciplines across a range of major projects, including Channel Tunnel Rail Link and Singapore Deep Tunnel Sewer System.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in civil engineering from Abertay University and a M.S. in geotechnical engineering from Heriot Watt University. Keith has been a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers since 2006.
