Graham Warren is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in the Dubai office. He is a quantity surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries, specialising in risk management, commercial administration, contracts and construction supervision. His commercial knowledge covers all aspects of tender preparation, contract awarding, risk analysis and payment application processes, as well as contract change control, including the valuation of variations and settlements of final accounts with subcontractors and clients.

Prior to joining Kroll, Graham was an associate director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Graham has provided detailed cost analysis, expert opinion and prepared quantum expert reports on a number of domestic and international construction project disputes that have gone to formal dispute proceedings.
His project portfolio includes several complex projects throughout the UK and the Middle East, including major international airports and airport terminal buildings as well as industrial facilities. Earlier in his career, Graham spent five years resident in Oman and Qatar working on complex airport, port and infrastructure packages.
Graham holds a B.A. in economics and a M.S. in quantity surveying from London South Bank University.
