Forensic Accounting & Valuation

Senior Manager / Forensic Director

This role will entail:

  • Leading and managing forensic accounting work in all stages of commercial and transaction disputes including being responsible for team management, drafting deliverables and  identifying and controlling risks arising during the engagement
  • Networking with prospective and existing clients
  • Central London location, travel subject to individual project demand

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2.1 (Hons) degree (or equivalent) in any subject
  • Professional accountancy qualification including ACA / ACCA / CPA
  • Extensive forensic accounting experience, potentially having additionally worked in an accountancy practice environment (typically Valuation, Transaction Services or External Audit)
  • Assertive and confident professional with an excellent general business understanding and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team
  • Ability to handle simultaneously diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situations
  • Critical thinkers with very good attention to detail

Project Management & Construction Management

Project & Construction Management Professionals

This role will entail:

  • Working as part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team on large-scale complex projects
  • Working with leading industry experts on project management negligence, construction management negligence, forensic delay and programming analysis cases
  • Central London location, with occasional international travel
  • Future option to relocate to Singapore, Dubai, Paris or Dublin offices

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors or post-graduate degree in a relevant construction/engineering discipline
  • Member of a Professional Institution (CIOB/ICE/IEI/IET/RIBA/RICS etc)
  • 7-10+ years professional project/construction management experience, attained at a professional project management consultancy and/or contracting organisation
  • Experience of delivering projects across the entire project life cycle
  • Energetic, pro-active and professional with a good understanding of project and contract management
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and clear report writing

Construction - Quantum expert

Chartered Quantity Surveyor

This role will entail:

  • Forensic quantity surveying analysis
  • Support to leading quantum experts involved in international arbitration and litigation
  • Central London location

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS qualified, or equivalent
  • MSc in Construction Law – preferred, not essential

  • Deep industry expertise, such as power, energy, process, civil, building or mechanical and electrical
  • Energetic, pro-active and professional with a good understanding of commercial management

This role will entail:
